Onsite Account Specialist - Cookstown
Salary: £25,000-£26,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (reasonable flexibility required)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Cookstown

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is hiring an Onsite Account Specialist to support a key client partnership based in Cookstown. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and people-focused individual to take ownership of onsite recruitment and client service delivery within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Delivery

  • Develop a deep understanding of client roles, requirements, and culture
  • Source, recruit, and register candidates across a range of job levels
  • Conduct interviews and skills assessments aligned with client expectations
  • Manage candidate onboarding and compliance, including eligibility to work and relevant legislation
  • Organise client-specific training and induction sessions
  • Meet recruitment KPIs and contribute to overall resourcing strategy

Client & Candidate Management

  • Support the Account Manager to deliver against service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the client
  • Conduct client review meetings and implement continuous improvement plans
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure payroll accuracy
  • Support temporary workers with performance, absence, and general queries
  • Manage candidate satisfaction surveys and take appropriate follow-up action
  • Handle employee relations matters, including reviews and investigations where required

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure full legal and ethical compliance in all operations
  • Maintain up-to-date audit records in line with internal and external standards
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and client-specific compliance requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in recruitment, account management, or HR support (ideally within a fast-paced environment)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and resolve issues proactively
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team
  • Familiarity with compliance processes and recruitment best practices
