We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our team. This is a full-time position working a 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern, with either day or night shifts available.
Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets
- Operating production machinery and equipment following training
- Preparing, checking and packing products
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Keeping the production area clean, tidy and safe
- Following company health & safety procedures
- Completing basic production records and paperwork
- Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and motivated
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
- Able to work a 4 days on / 4 days off rota
- Able to follow instructions and company procedures
- A good team player
- Physically capable of carrying out production duties
- Previous production or warehouse experience is an advantage, but full training can be provided
Shift Pattern
Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm
Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am
Rota: 4 days on / 4 days off
