General Warehouse Operative

Location: Dublin

Shifts: 4 days on / 4 days off

Rate of Pay: €14.30 per hour | Overtime: €21.45 per hour

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work with GXO Logistics.

We have a number of opportunities available for reliable and motivated individuals looking to join a busy warehouse operation. Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse environment. Duties may include:

• Picking, packing and preparing goods for dispatch
• Loading, unloading and moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Checking goods and orders for accuracy
• Following warehouse procedures and health and safety requirements
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Completing general warehouse duties as required
• Working as part of a team to meet daily productivity and service targets

Shift Pattern

A 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern is available across:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Rate of Pay

• €14.30 per hour
• Increasing to €14.65 per hour after 8 weeks
• Overtime available at €21.45 per hour
• Overtime increases to €21.98 per hour after 8 weeks

• A good standard of spoken and written English
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A reliable and positive approach to work
• Good physical fitness, as the role involves standing and walking for extended periods
• Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred but not essential
