B2 Freight Driver
Location: The Northern Ireland Diabetic Eye Screening Programme, Forster Green Hospital, BT8 6HD
Hours: 22.5 hrs per week
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect a range of materials, including pharmacy items, blood and other samples, furniture, laundry, waste, post, continence products and medical records.
• Safely operate company vehicles in line with your driving licence and relevant regulations.
• Plan and schedule deliveries to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
• Complete all required delivery paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Ensure goods are transported and delivered safely and securely.
• Maintain the vehicle to a clean and professional standard, both inside and out.
• Carry out additional delivery and transport duties as required.

Essential Criteria

Holding C1 licence is not a requirement would still need CPC plus:

• Minimum 6 months' experience carrying out goods deliveries.
• Hold a valid UK Category C1 driving licence with no restrictions.
• Hold a valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safe and responsible driving.
• Be confident carrying out deliveries in a professional and reliable manner.
