Hours of Work: Full time hours - 40 hours per week (flexibility to work weekends)

Salary: 27,000 - 30,000

Stafflie Ireland, we are currently recruiting on behalf of our Lisburn-based client for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join their dynamic team to create a fantastic customer experience.

This role requires you to provide first class customer service, warmly greeting visitors, hosting tours, and working within the retail gift shop as a product expert. You will also be involved in the preparation and serving of drinks and ensuring hygiene standards are maintained. Full training will be provided.

You will be responsible for bringing to life the stories and craft with passion and enthusiasm ensuring visitors have an immersive and engaging experience.

With events throughout the year, you will be part of the planning and delivery of these events, building relationships with customers and working within an incredible industry full of pride and passion.

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience desirable.
• Driving license and access to a car essential.
• Flexible with work schedules including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
• Team player - supporting other departments including the Sales team with events / tastings.
