Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting for a HR Generalist on behalf of Vertiv, a global leader in critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions.

The Role

As HR Generalist, you will support operational managers on all aspects of HR delivery across the manufacturing network. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR data, producing people-focused reports and KPIs, supporting recruitment activity, advising on employee relations matters and helping to ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.

You will also support HR system improvements, business change initiatives and development planning across the business, making this a broad and varied opportunity for someone with strong generalist HR experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers across manufacturing operations

· Build, monitor and report on HR metrics and employee KPIs to support business decisions

· Maintain accurate HR records and ensure high standards of data quality and compliance

· Support the wider HR team in delivering HR advice in line with company policy and employment legislation

· Assist with HR systems integration and change management projects

· Support managers in achieving people-related objectives and operational goals

· Assist with the delivery of HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects

· Help identify training and development needs across departments

· Support the implementation and monitoring of HR procedures and compliance standards

· Liaise with recruitment providers and hiring managers to support recruitment activity and local hiring campaigns

· Provide accurate employee data to support payroll processing

· Advise and support managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes

· Work proactively to resolve HR issues efficiently and cost-effectively

Criteria

· Minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR Generalist role

· Experience working within a large-scale HR function

· Strong employee relations experience is essential

· HR qualification or relevant third-level degree

· Good knowledge of Irish employment law

· Strong understanding of HR systems and databases

· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

· Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion, HCM or ORC would be advantageous

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to work closely with managers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
