General Operatives/ Tool Changer- Drogheda

Staffline Recruitment, in partnership with one of its key partners, is inviting applications for full time factory operative/tool changer, commencing August in Drogheda, Co. Louth.

DUTIES

• Change and install tools, fixtures, and machine components
• Prepare machinery for production jobs and assist machine operators
• Check tools and equipment for wear or damage
• Load/unload materials and components
• Carry out basic cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping
• Inspect products and report quality issues
• Use hand tools and basic measuring equipment
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organised work area and communicate effectively with the production team

REQUIREMENTS|

• Manufacturing, production, or engineering experience is beneficial.
• Good practical/manual skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Physically capable of standing and lifting on the production floor.
• Reliable and able to work shifts if required.
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Willing to learn machinery setup and operation.
• A legal entitlement to work in Ireland
• Good level of English
• Must be available for immediate start

PAY RATE|

€14.59 per hour training rate and overtime x 1.5 after 38.5 hours - 2 paid breaks daily

7am to 7.45pm daily/ 38.5 hours per week. This is a 3 day-Cycle ( 4 days off per week) rotating shift pattern role (Days, inclusive of Saturday work)
