Location: Magherafelt / Maghera / Cookstown
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week

The Role

We are currently recruiting an experienced Domestic Services Supervisor to support the Northern Health and Social Care Trust across Magherafelt, Maghera and Cookstown.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

• Supervising and supporting domestic services staff across assigned locations
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and infection prevention are maintained
• Supporting staff training, development and performance
• Ensuring Health & Safety, COSHH and Trust policies are followed
• Delegating duties effectively while maintaining overall responsibility for service delivery
• Promoting continuous improvement and efficient working practices
• Maintaining positive working relationships with staff and wider teams
• Supporting equality, diversity and inclusion across the service
• Encouraging efficient use of resources, recycling and environmental good practice
• Ensuring staff follow relevant information governance and data protection procedures

What We're Looking For

You will need:

• Previous experience working as a Domestic Assistant
• Previous supervisory experience
• Good knowledge of COSHH regulations and safe working practices
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• The ability to lead, support and motivate a team
