Pay Rate / Salary: €46,466 - €55,244 per annum

About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Team Lead to join the Grangebeg Community in Kildare. This Team Lead role would suit an experienced social care professional with management experience and a background supporting vulnerable adults and adults with intellectual disabilities. The Team Lead will work as part of a committed team within a leading national organisation.
Key duties:
- Lead, supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the social care team.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support services.
- Support the development, implementation, and review of individual support plans.
- Promote independence, choice, dignity, and community participation for the people supported.
- Manage staffing resources, including rostering, delegation, and team coordination.
- Provide guidance, mentoring and supervision to staff and support their ongoing development.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational policies, legislation, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor service quality and contribute to continuous improvement and best practice initiatives.
Essential criteria:
- Minimum QQI Level 7 qualification - BA in Social Care Studies or equivalent qualification in Health or Social Care
- At least 2 years' management experience at a similar level of responsibility
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities
- Understanding of current policy and developments in Social Care within disability services
- Full driver's licence
