Supervisor

My Client, a leading industrial goods distributor, seeks to hire a Supervisor.

This role will suit someone coming from a B2B Customer Service role.

You must be fully flexible and available to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Start date: Immediate.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team
• Helping the team reach weekly and monthly sales targets
• Helping plan staff schedules (rotas) each week
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Supporting the training and development of team members
• Keeping the stockroom organised and safe

Requirements

• Previous retail experience
• People management experience
