Warehouse Supervisor

Staffline Recruitment are working alongside our client based at their Duncrue facility in the search for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor on a permanent basis

Salary: £31K

Hours: 8am-5pm (TBC)

General Duties:
To oversee daily operations. Responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and leading a small team to meet operational targets.

Key Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily activities
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control
• Oversee goods in/out processes, including deliveries and dispatch
• Maintain health & safety standards and ensure compliance
• Train, support, and motivate team members
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role (or similar)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of warehouse systems and stock control procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
