Location: Northern Ireland
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £29,500 - £35,000 per annum

About the Role

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Northern Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in high-volume, seasonal, temporary or permanent recruitment. Working closely with the Managing Director, you will support clients and candidates by delivering tailored recruitment solutions, managing vacancies from initial brief through to hire, and ensuring excellent service throughout the recruitment process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing talent, managing attraction strategies, writing and promoting job adverts, building strong client relationships, and delivering permanent recruitment campaigns in line with KPIs, GP and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vacancies from inception, selecting the most effective advertising and attraction strategies
  • Source candidates and build talent pipelines using job boards, social media, Broadbean and business networks
  • Deliver high-quality permanent recruitment campaigns in line with agreed timelines
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, identifying needs and providing a responsive recruitment service
  • Design and write high-standard, legally compliant job adverts on behalf of clients
  • Ensure maximum advertising coverage for all new job opportunities
  • Design and manage effective selection processes
  • Support the Managing Director in matching client requirements with the right candidates
  • Work to agreed KPIs, GP targets and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Specialist Recruitment, Network, MSP and Support Teams to deliver recruitment solutions

Essential Criteria

  • At least 3 years' experience in a recruitment role
  • Experience recruiting across a wide geographic area
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • High-volume recruitment
    • Seasonal recruitment
    • Temporary recruitment
    • Permanent recruitment
  • Proven track record in account management, achieving KPIs, building candidate pipelines and developing strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand client and candidate needs
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Highly organised with a systematic approach to delivering results
  • GCSE English and Maths at Grade A-C, or equivalent
  • Full clean driving licence or access to transport

Desirable Criteria

  • Public sector or government recruitment experience
  • REC qualification
  • Third-level qualification
