Maintenance Technician

Overview

Currently Hiring for a Maintenance Technician to join a leading multinational manufacturing company based in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults
• Support production teams to minimise downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with GMP and health & safety standards
• Assist with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Trade qualification or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical discipline
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (medical device/pharma preferred)
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of GMP or regulated environments
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
