Sales Negotiator

Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a driven, experienced Sales Negotiator on behalf of a leading estate agent. This is a key role focused on winning instructions, delivering vendors, and progressing sales efficiently. The Estate Agent will ensure an excellent experience for both vendors and buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and win property valuations (PSVs)
• Convert valuations into signed instructions
• Manage properties from listing through to sale agreed
• Conduct viewings and negotiate offers
• Maintain strong communication with vendors and buyers
• Progress sales and follow through deals to completion
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, admin, compliance)
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

• 2+ years estate agency sales experience
• Strong knowledge of the local property market (Portadown / surrounding areas)
• Proven track record in winning business and closing deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with strong time management
• Driven, competitive, and results-focused mindset

Desirable Criteria:

• Existing local network / client base
• Experience with CRM systems
• Full UK driving licence

The successful Sales Negotiator will enjoy a competitive salary depending on experience plus Uncapped Commission.

Location

The Sales Negotiator role will be based in Portadown.
