Key Responsibilities

· Carry out general warehouse duties in a busy distribution environment

· Pick and prepare stock accurately for dispatch

· Support goods handling and stock movement across the warehouse

· Follow operational procedures and health and safety standards at all times

· Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

· Use voice picking systems where required

· Support warehouse efficiency during busy periods, including overtime and evening shift requirements

Essential Criteria

To be considered for this Warehouse Operative role, applicants must have:

· A good standard of spoken and written English

Desirable Criteria

The following experience or licences would be beneficial, but are not essential:

· Forklift licence

· Counterbalance licence

· Reach Truck licence

· Voice picking experience
