Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting a Logistics Manager on behalf of Vertiv, a global leader in electrical distribution and integrated power solutions.

This is a senior leadership opportunity to oversee end-to-end logistics operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient transportation, inventory management and regulatory compliance while driving operational excellence.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead logistics and shipping operations from the Burnfoot facility, ensuring safe, cost-effective and compliant movement of materials and finished goods in 3 sites

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the logistics and shipping teams
• Oversee inbound and outbound transport coordination
• Manage packaging materials and consumables inventory
• Ensure compliance with national and international shipping regulations
• Manage logistics documentation and trade compliance requirements
• Drive process improvement, cost control and operational efficiencies
• Manage relationships with transport providers and logistics partners
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and ESG standards

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years' Logistics Management experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing and supply chain optimisation
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management capability
• Strong analytical and continuous improvement experience
• Knowledge of logistics regulations and compliance standards
