Hours: Days 6am-4pm Monday-Thursday | Nights 4:30pm-2am Monday-Thursday

The role

As a Production Operative, you will work on one of two production lines within the factory. One line focuses on quality and presentation, while the other prioritises speed and quantity. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Key responsibilities

Quality Line
* Accurately place delicate products into holders, ensuring precise alignment and presentation
* Carefully clean products to maintain the highest quality standards
* Use specialised tools where required
* Follow strict hygiene and quality procedures

Quantity Line
* Work at pace while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
* Rotate cleaning duties to ensure consistent product quality
* Meet daily production targets
* Adhere to all health and safety standards

What we're looking for

Essential
* Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
* Ability to carry out repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
* Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
* Strong teamwork skills
* Flexible approach to rotating duties

Desirable
* Previous factory or production experience
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
