General Operative

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking a reliable and motivated General Operative to join a growing fabrication team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Kilmallock, Co. Limerick.

Key Responsibilities

As a General Operative, you will support daily production and finishing operations, ensuring components and products meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and preparing stainless steel fabricated components
• Packing finished products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Following basic quality control and safety procedures
• Supporting colleagues in production as required

Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: €14.15 - €16.00 (DOE)
• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Criteria

• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing, workshop, or production experience an advantage
• Forklift experience preferable
