Production Operatives

Staffline Ireland are delighted to recruit on behalf of our Kilkeel based client for Production Operatives.

As a production operative you will be tasked with working on one of two lines within the factory. Each line with a distinctive focus: one prioritises quality and presentation while the other focuses on quantity.

Hours:

Days - 6am to 4pm Monday to Thursday

Nights - 4.30pm to 2am

Temporary role with the view to becoming permanent

Key Responsibilities

Quality Line

• Accurately placing delicate products into place holders while ensuring precise alignment and presentation.
• Carefully cleaning products to ensure the highest of quality.
• Using specialised tools when required, following quality and hygiene standards.

Quantity Line

• Working at high pace while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
• Take turns cleaning products to ensure the highest of quality.
• Work at pace to meet production targets without compromising safety standards.

Skills and Requirements

• Manual Dexterity: Ability to handle products carefully and efficiently, removing unwanted materials with precision.
• Ability to Perform Repetitive Tasks: Comfortable carrying out routine tasks while maintaining consistent quality and focus.
• Physical Stamina: Able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Teamwork: Works effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to meet shared production goals.
• Flexibility: Willingness to rotate between tasks, machines, or roles as required by operational demands.
