About the Role:
The Technical Standards Manager will provide technical support for housing development schemes, ensuring compliance with the Housing Association Guide. The role involves evaluating schemes, managing technical content, providing guidance on design and sustainability standards, and supervising professional and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and approve development schemes
* Ensure compliance, value for money, and technical standards
* Manage and develop technical staff
* Analyse data to inform policy and procedures
* Represent NIHE in meetings and committees

Essential Criteria:
* Degree/Level 6 qualification, Architect qualification, or equivalent experience
* Minimum three years' relevant experience
* Strong leadership, planning, and organisational skills
* Driving licence or access to transport
