Telesales Executive

Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Telesales Executive on behalf of a market leading IT company. The Telesales Executive role is focused on identifying new business opportunities and booking qualified appointments for the Business Development team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound B2B sales activity
• Lead generation and appointment setting
• Develop a strong understanding of the services
• Cold call existing and new clients
• Accurately manage opportunities and customer details through CRM
• Working towards clear targets and KPIs
• Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner
• Any other duties role may involve

Person Specification:

• 1 year experience in outbound telesales, sales or customer service
• Confident communicator, comfortable making outbound calls
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Willingness to learn and take direction from scripts and established processes

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge of ITAD, IT services, recycling or technology industry (not required but helpful)
• German speaker would be helpful but not essential

The Rewards

The successful Telesales Executive will enjoy a competitive salary depending on experience plus 4 day working week apart from 1 week per month where it is 5 day working week.

The Telesales Executive role will be based in Greater Belfast.
