About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Packaging Assistant to support our growing online skincare business. You will be responsible for preparing and packaging skincare and beauty products for customer orders, ensuring every parcel meets our high standards of presentation, branding, and accuracy.

This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in skincare, makeup, and beauty products, who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in presentation and detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label skincare and beauty products for online customer orders

• Ensure all items are packaged securely and attractively in line with brand standards

• Check order accuracy before dispatch

• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace

• Monitor packaging materials and restock supplies as needed

• Assist with incoming stock and basic inventory control

• Follow all company health, safety, and hygiene procedures

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Basic computer skills (for printing labels or tracking orders) are helpful but not essential

• An interest in skincare, makeup, and beauty products is highly desirable

• Previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, or e-commerce fulfilment is an advantage, but full training will be provided
