Pay Rate: £12.63-£13.05 per hour Employment

About the Role

We are recruiting Food Production Operatives to join Dale Farm's well-established production team in Ballymena (Pennybridge). This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a modern food manufacturing environment, with full training provided from day one.

The role involves supporting the production, packing, and quality control of dairy products while maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Carry out quality checks and testing

· Assemble, pack, and label finished products

· Operate production machinery and equipment

· Clean machinery and maintain hygiene standards

· Follow all Health & Safety procedures

· Work independently and as part of a team

Ideal Candidate

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work safely

· Basic understanding of English (written and verbal)

· Able to work in a fast-paced production environment

· Experience in food production or warehousing is desirable but not essential
