Business Services Organisation

The Business Services Organisation (BSO) is a Non-Departmental Public Body established on 1 April 2009 to provide a broad range of business support and specialist professional services across the Health and Social Care (HSC) sector in Northern Ireland.

BSO delivers high-quality services to 18 HSC organisations, including the Trusts and the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service.

The organisation is structured into five directorates:
