Staffline Recruitment Ireland has announced a new partnership with Young Enterprise Northern Ireland (YENI), supporting the charity’s mission to equip young people with the skills, confidence, and ambition to succeed in the world of work.
Through this partnership, Staffline will help Young Enterprise continue delivering vital enterprise programmes across schools and colleges — giving students the chance to learn directly from real-world business experience.
Tina McKenzie MBE, CEO of Staffline Recruitment Ireland, said:
“At Staffline, we’re passionate about helping people reach their potential — and that starts with inspiring the next generation. Our partnership with Young Enterprise NI will help ensure their vital enterprise programmes continue to equip young people with the skills, confidence, and ambition they need to succeed in the world of work. By supporting entrepreneurship and employability from an early age, we’re helping to future-proof Northern Ireland’s economy and build a stronger foundation for growth.”
Both organisations share a commitment to supporting ambition, developing skills, and strengthening communities — creating meaningful pathways into work and enterprise.
This partnership marks another step in Staffline’s wider social impact strategy, focused on education, employability, and economic inclusion.
