Staffline Recruitment Ireland is proud to announce its appointment as the leading recruitment partner for Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI), supporting workforce needs across all five regional Trusts and associated public bodies. The contract began on 2nd June 2025, with recruitment already underway.


The new partnership will see Staffline support the hiring of a wide range of essential healthcare and support staff across Northern Ireland. Roles include:

  • Technical and Professional roles, such as Lab Technicians, Psychologists, Pharmacists, and Estates Officers
  • Specialist roles, including HR, IT, Finance, Audit, and Project Management
  • Administrative and Clerical positions, including Clerical Officers, Secretaries, Medical Administrators, Receptionists, and Ward Clerks
  • Support service roles, including Porters, Domestic Assistants, Catering Staff, Drivers, and Warehouse Operatives

The campaign is rooted in the shared commitment to build a connected, people-first healthcare system with cost effective recruitment strategies.

Applicants will also find videos, career advice, and updates on upcoming job fairs, including Northern Ireland’s largest recruitment event on Thursday 19th June at the Clearer Twist National Stadium at Windsor Park.
