This week marked the launch of our Annual Worker Feedback Survey 2026 which gives our temporary workers the opportunity to share their experiences, helping us understand what we're doing well and where we can continue to improve.

The results of our survey paint an encouraging picture, highlighting high levels of worker satisfaction, positive relationships with our recruitment consultants and the importance of creating a supportive working environment.

Positive Experience of Flexible Working

One of the standout findings from this year's survey was that 88% of workers would recommend Staffline to others, reflecting the positive experiences of those working with us.

Additionally, 88% of respondents rated their assignments 4 or 5 stars, demonstrating strong satisfaction with the employment opportunities available through Staffline.

Flexible working can offer workers a range of benefits, from gaining valuable experience and developing new skills to accessing opportunities that suit their individual circumstances.

For many, the flexibility associated with temporary work can be particularly appealing, allowing them to balance employment alongside other commitments, whether that's family life, education or personal responsibilities.

At Staffline, we recognise that every worker has different priorities, and we aim to connect people with opportunities that work for them.

Supporting You Every Step Of The Way

Behind every successful placement is a strong relationship between the worker and their recruitment consultant.

Our survey found that 89% of workers rated their interactions with their Staffline Recruitment Consultant 4 or 5 stars, showing the importance of support throughout the employment journey.

From helping candidates find suitable opportunities to providing ongoing assistance during assignments, our recruitment teams play an important role in ensuring workers feel informed, connected and valued.

More Than Just a Job

Feeling valued, respected and supported is central to a positive employment experience. From fair treatment and wellbeing to reliable weekly payments, we recognise that getting the fundamentals right makes a real difference to our workers.

96% of respondents said they received the same treatment as a direct employee, highlighting our understanding of the importance of fairness, inclusion and respect in the workplace.

Worker wellbeing was another particularly positive finding, with 91% of respondents saying they felt Staffline cared about their mental health and wellbeing.
