Warehouse Manager

Are you an experienced Supervisor ready for your next step ? I am currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead and manage daily operations across internal and external warehouses.

Great working hours Monday to Friday 0830-1700

You Will be responsible for :

• Maintaining compliance with Food Safety requirements.
• Ensure accurate stock management and reporting through the use of our WMS system.
• Optimise warehouse layouts for our ambient, chilled, and frozen storage.
• Lead, develop, and support a team of warehouse operatives, fostering a safe and positive working culture.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries and outbound shipments, ensuring paperwork accuracy and cost control.
• Act as Person Responsible for Racking Safety (PRRS) conducting audits and inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

What are we looking for :

• Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally in food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Experience with operation of Forklifts / VNA / Reach Trucks.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
