Transport Administrator

Staffline Recruitment are working in partnership alongside our client, a large transport and logistics company based in Mallusk who are seeking Transport Administrators on a permanent basis

Rate of Pay: £12.33/hr

Hours: 6am start to 6pm finish across a butterfly shift rotation . Follows same pattern as below:

• Week 1 Mon - Tues - Fri - Sat - Sun
• Week 2 Wed - Thursday
• Week 3- Back to the above Mon - Tues - Fri - Sat - Sun

Essential Criteria:

• Able to work in busy and diverse environment & tasks
• Competent in emails/excel/i.t. in general very important
• Previous experience within a tranport office is desirable
• Training provided

Job Role:

• Speaking with drivers
• Booking ferries
• Planning
• Using radio comms to organise movement of trailers from yard to port etc
• Debriefing / sorting paperwork
