An Garda Síochána is seeking a Transformation Delivery Lead (Principal Officer level) to join the Strategy and Transformation function at Ashtown Gate, Dublin 15.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of key strategic programmes and projects within the organisation's transformation portfolio. This senior leadership role will manage multi-disciplinary teams across project management, change management, and business process analysis, supporting end-to-end delivery and embedding best practice across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 8 qualification and have a minimum of five years' experience in a dedicated transformation delivery leadership role. Applicants must demonstrate expertise in delivering large-scale programmes, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and leading large teams in a dynamic change environment.
