The opportunity has arisen for a Fabricator to join an industry leader in UK's Building Services sector. Our Client design, develop and deliver a wide range of offsite-prefabricated, innovative, and sustainable building service solutions throughout the UK & Europe.

Job Summary

Experienced Fabricators to fabricate a range of pipe arrangements to support a team of skilled welders.

The ability to produce TIG welds for assembly purposes would be required with the opportunity for the successful candidates to develop their skills to numerous welding disciplines and in house welding procedures.

Hours | Mon -Thurs 4.45pm - 03.45am

Key Responsibilities

Read and fully understand the pipe fabrication drawings for each project.
Fabricate pipe sets for various pipe diameters from shop drawings.
Ensure Company H&S Processes followed.
To operate TIG welding equipment
Use precision measurement instruments.
Use of metal cutting and grinding equipment

Essential Criteria:

Minimum of 3 years' operating as an established experienced TIG fabricator, that includes Pipe Fabrication.
The ability to interpret welding procedure requirements.
Able to use Shop floor hand tools like Grinders, Hand Plasmas etc.
Confident in understanding shop fabrication and assembly drawings

Desirable Criteria:

Previous experience as a pipe fabricator, producing a wide range of pipe arrangements with either TIG/MAG and able to use MMA.
Previous experience within a heavy fabrication, architectural steelwork or welding environment
