We are recruiting Production Process Technicians and Whey CIP Technicians for a well-established food manufacturing company in Cookstown. This is a full-time role offering fixed shifts, competitive pay, and long-term potential with permanent opportunities.

Shift Pattern
- 7:00am - 7:00pm (3 days on, 3 days off)
- 7:00pm - 7:00am (3 nights on, 3 days off)
Role Overview
As a Cheese and Whey Production Technician, you will gain specialised knowledge in food processing and play a key role in operating automated systems for cheese and whey production. Responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment
- Performing clean-in-place (CIP) and hygiene procedures
- Ensuring product quality and safety standards are maintained
- Completing relevant process checks and documentation
- Assisting in curd production, pasteurisation, and whey handling
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
What We're Looking For
- Good understanding of English (written and verbal)
- Strong work ethic and team-player attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Previous food manufacturing or production experience is desirable
- A background in food processing, engineering, or technical work is an advantage
- A Level 3 qualification in Food Science or a related discipline is desirable but not essential
