Temporary Administrator (Fundraising & Events Support)
Location: Belfast
Contract: Until 31st December 2025
Hours: 35 hours per week

We're looking for an organised and proactive administrator to join a busy team on a temporary basis. This role involves providing day-to-day support with events and fundraising activities, including handling queries, maintaining accurate records, preparing materials, and assisting at events when required.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be highly organised with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

  • Be accurate and detail-oriented, maintaining data quality and integrity

  • Have a strong customer-service focus and willingness to support a wide range of stakeholders

  • Be a confident team player, adaptable and resilient under pressure

  • Be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines

  • Have experience using Microsoft Office, database systems, and financial software

  • Have experience with cash handling, income processing, or similar administrative tasks

  • Be flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends and able to travel independently

  • Hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths, with at least two years' experience in a busy customer service or donor care environment

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a charity or event administration

  • Awareness of the charity sector in Northern Ireland or working with children and families
