Are you a compassionate and driven professional ready to lead and inspire in a specialist care environment? Our client, a leading Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) service, seeks a dedicated Team Leader to join their team. This registered domiciliary care agency supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in two tailored dwellings.

What You'll Do

• Leadership: Oversee daily operations, mentor support staff, and ensure exceptional care delivery.
• Person-Centred Support: Develop and implement personalised care plans and risk assessments.
• Collaboration: Engage with families, professionals, and community resources to enhance service user wellbeing.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards in record-keeping, resource management, and compliance with regulations.
• Direct Support: Provide hands-on care, fostering independence and promoting a fulfilling lifestyle for service users.

About You

You'll bring a blend of compassion, expertise, and leadership skills, coupled with a commitment to person-centred care.

Essential Criteria:

• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• GCSE Maths and English (A*-C).
• Two years' experience in social care with a focus on learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
