Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator on behalf of a market leading textile supplier. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for processing orders accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction, with a view of potentially developing into a sales role.

Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders, keep customers updated regarding the status of sales orders and other queries.
• Handle in-bound enquiries.
• Contacting customers to clarify order detail.
• Liaise with production, quality and customer services when necessary.
• Responding to emails and general admin regarding orders, marketing material etc.
• Update and maintain CRM system.
• Working closely with the sales team and providing support where required.
• Maintain awareness and understanding of wider products and services.
• Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification

• 2 years' experience in a similar role
• GCSE English and Maths - C or above
• Customer Service/Sales support experience
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Reliable and flexible

The Rewards

The successful Sales Coordinator will enjoy a competitive salary circa £29,000 depending on experience plus career progression, free parking and early finish on a Friday.

Location

The Sales Coordinator role will be based in Banbridge.

Hours of Work

Mon-Thurs- 8.00am-5pm

Friday 8.00am - 12.30pm
