Quality Manager

My Client, food production company, seek to hire a Quality Manager.

This role is open to someone coming from a non-food manufacturing background.

Responsibilities

• Make sure ensure quality management systems are implemented and maintained.

• Help the company keep its top food safety grade (BRC Grade AA+).

• Help run the HACCP food safety plan.

Requirements

Must Have:

• People Management

• Understand food safety rules (like HACCP) is a plus.

• Production Process knowledge

• Know food safety standards (like BRC)

• Be able to spot problems in quality and resolve

Nice to Have:

• A diploma in science, engineering, or a similar subject.

• Cost awareness

• Project management experience.

• SAP experience
