KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
* Help promote the highest possible standards of health, safety, environmental, quality and product compliance, ensuring that compliance is an integral part of the business and our requirements and procedures * Day to day management and deposition of all production rejects and rework product * Co-ordinate with production operators to carry out all necessary quality and safety checks to facilitate a safe working environment * Ensure all relevant Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental procedures are adhered to. * Acceptance and support of all new systems and procedures as they are introduced into the Roto factory quality department * Help support continuous cross training of all personnel * Assist in continuous training and development of your job role * Making sure all finished goods are the highest quality expected from our customers * Supporting root cause analysis on all issues to enable resolve and improvement * To always behave in a courteous and professional manner * To carry out any other reasonable tasks which may be deemed necessary by the Operations Management Team * To help maintain and promote a compliance culture throughout the organisation in order to ensure the highest levels of integrity, honesty and professionalism * Participate fully in required problem solving activities and projects * Any other duties as required |
PERSON SPECIFICATION |
Qualification | GCSE Maths, English or equivilant |

| Experience using Microsoft packages |
|
Experience & Knowledge | Relevant Experience served within plastics industry |
|
Abilities & Skills | Practical problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage conflicting work demands and work under pressure in a dynamic and challenging environment |
