Machine Operators - Join the Production Team
Location: Crossmaglen (own transport required)
Day shift
Pay Rate:£12.93-£14.29 per hour when fully trained
Shift: 7am to 7pm (36 hours per week)
Night shift:
Pay Rate:£14.86 - £16.43 per hour when fully trained
Shift: 7pm to 7am (1st week 48 hours/ 2nd week 36 hours)
* SUPERVISOR NIGHT SHIFT
£18.45 - £22.55 depending on experience
English required

What You'll Do:
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor product quality and meet production targets
- Follow strict health and safety procedures
- Work closely with your team on daily operations
What We Need From You:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Minimum GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent
- Health & Safety experience (desirable)
