Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding, and milling.
* Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.
* Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with company guidelines and safety standards.
* Oversee machine operation and make necessary adjustments to improve performance and quality.
* Perform daily checks and routine maintenance to ensure machines are fully operational.
* Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs accurately.
* Communicate any logistics issues or delays that arise during the production process.
* Ensure all machining outcomes meet client specifications and expectations.
* Conduct regular assessments and diagnostics on CNC machinery.

Qualifications and Skills:
* 1-3 years' experience as a CNC machine operator.
* Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring a team.
* Ability to read and translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
* Excellent attention to detail with a goal-driven, proactive attitude.
* Strong comprehension and analytical thinking skills.
* Solid computer literacy and experience with CNC software and interfaces.
