Production Manager

Salary: Approx. £15/hour
Hours: 7am - 5pm

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Manager to lead our production team at our Antrim site. In this role, you will oversee production processes, ensure high standards of quality, and manage a team of production operatives. This is a hands-on role, requiring expertise in operating machinery, maintaining safety protocols, and fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise production processes and teams to meet targets and maintain quality.
• Operate and maintain production machinery, including form fill and seal equipment.
• Monitor production to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct quality control checks on products and processes.
• Assist with loading and unloading lorries as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Follow and enforce all health and safety regulations.
• Ensure team compliance with workplace safety and quality protocols.
• Lead by example to maintain a high standard within the working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with expertise in form fill and seal machinery.
• Previous experience as a production operative.
• Confidence and capability in leading and managing a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Physically fit, with the ability to lift and move materials.
• A valid forklift license is essential.
