Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience in web order processing, customer care, and handling client phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations efficiently.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the office and with external partners.
  • Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files.
  • Coordinate DPD & DHL Couriers effectively.
  • Provide administrative support to various teams, including report and document preparation.
  • Address and resolve office-related challenges promptly.
  • Manage web orders and ensure timely fulfilment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
