Motor Mechanic - Dublin 24

Salary: From €60,000 per year + €2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our client, a well-established company based in Dublin 24, is currently seeking a skilled Motor Mechanic to join their team. Working closely with the Transport Manager, you will play a key role in the maintenance and upkeep of their fleet.

Full-time, Monday to Friday | Two rotating shifts:

6:00am - 2:30pm

10:00am - 6:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Investigate driver-reported faults and take corrective action
• Test parts and systems for proper functioning
• Conduct routine servicing and preventive maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines
• Accurately complete all relevant documentation and maintenance records
• Assist with general administrative duties when required
• Ensure compliance with company operational policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Motor Mechanic with a minimum of 3 year's experience
• Full Class B driving licence (Class C preferred)
• Leaving Certificate
• Experience in a similar role
• Post-secondary qualification in automotive service technology is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
