Mixing Operative - Food Processing Day Shift (Avondale Foods)
Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail? Are you passionate about food safety and quality control?
Staffline is seeking a dedicated Mixing operator to join the Avondale team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our delicious food products' smooth and efficient production.
Responsibilities:
- Process raw materials using manual operation and food processing machinery (mixers).
- Maintain complete traceability and product identification throughout the production process.
- Label finished products accurately, ensuring all details (including date) are correct.
- Complete required quality sheets and production documentation accurately and within designated timeframes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to good housekeeping practices.
- Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with Product Quality, Food Safety, and Integrity standards.
- Perform any additional reasonable duties as instructed by supervisors.
- Possess sufficient English language skills to read recipes and ingredient labels.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to quality control.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform basic physical tasks, including lifting moderate weights.
