Staffline Recruitment Ireland are recruiting for Assistant Logistics Administrators and Logistics Coordinators on behalf of our Belfast-based client.

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Logistics Coordinator/ Administrator

Purpose of the Role:

To support the Senior Transport Coordinator with the day-to-day running of transport operations and provide a high standard of customer service across logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring smooth and efficient daily transport operations
• Provide front-line customer service and resolve transport-related queries
• Perform general office administrative duties
• Input and maintain accurate transport and logistics data
• Support file management and record-keeping
• Knowledge of European, UK and NI transport industry is highly desirable.
