Job description
Our client is seeking to recruit a HGV 2 driver to join their existing team, based at their site in Ballygawley, Co Tyrone
The Role:
The successful HGV 2 Driver will be:
- Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods
- Driving a box lorry to various locations in Ireland
- Manual handling
- Dealing with customers effectively
- Maintaining accurate records
- General maintenance and inspection of lorry
- Adhering to traffic laws and regulations
Requirements:
The ideal HGV 2 Driver will have
- Minimum 2 years HGV driving experience
- Possess a CPC licence and Digi Card
- Experience in delivery work
- Awareness of Health and Safety
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical ability to do heavy lifting
Must be at least 25 years old due to insurance stipulation
Hours of work:
- Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
- Two overnights required every second week
