General Operative

Staffline Recruitment are offering work for dedicated individuals to join our Client team as General Operatives in Antrim.

You will work with both recycled and new materials to produce high-quality products, ensuring that safety, quality, and customer satisfaction remain at the heart of everything they do.

FULL-TIME GENERAL OPERATIVES

Monday- Friday

£11.60 per hour

• No shift rotations
• Full training provided

Recuirements:

• Able to read and understand English.
• Experience using hand tools e.g. Hand Drill.
• Experience reading tape measures.
• Ability to correctly carry out manual handling duties, e.g. lifting profile, heavy frames and moving trollies.

Main Duties:

Responsibilities will vary depending on the department, but generally include:

• Following all production procedures and processes in detail
• Full adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Identifying and correcting errors/faults as they occur
• Reporting machinery or product issues to the production supervisor
• Competently performing all trained tasks to a high standard
• Keeping the work area clean and organized
• Communicating clearly with team leaders about all aspects of the job
• Actively seeking ways to improve personal and team performance
• Representing the business professionally at all times
• Strictly following Health and Safety rules, including PPE requirements; every employee plays a key role in supporting the company's health and safety commitments
• Any other reasonable tasks as requested by management
