Staffline Recruitment are offering work for our Client, Bakery company based in Magherafelt .

Job Overview:
Staffline Recruitment are seeking a dedicated General Operative to join our factory team. In this role, you will assist in various production processes, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Shift Details:

• Start Time: 4 AM on Sunday until finish
• Monday to Thursday: 6 AM start until finish

Salary: £11.60 - £12 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment during the production process.
• Assist with the assembly, packaging, and labelling of products.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organise work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Follow production schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processes.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if necessary.
