Garment Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

Taking ownership of your allocated customers you will oversee the following:

• Day to day factory/manufacturing queries
• Liaising with customers in relation to fitting and quality issues
• Quality Inspection of inhouse manufacturing
• Customer design and development including storyboards and artboards
• Providing support for face to face sales presentations
• Processing sample returns and exchanges
• Maintaining / updating / follow-up on the weekly critical path
• Processing special measure - generating patterns
• Approval of Lab dips / embroidery / heat seals / trims & components for bulk production
• Approval of Pre Production Sample garments
• Approval of shipment samples and follow up of receipt of factory quality control audits
• System/product updates as/when required
• EAN Barcode setups for warehouse
• Product Setups

The successful candidate will be a proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Illustration with working knowledge of fabric and testing standards.
