The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in supporting advisers and clients across a wide range of financial planning services. This role offers a great mix of administrative and paraplanning responsibilities, along with opportunities to get involved in cashflow modelling and investment research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial advisers and the wider team.

  • Assist with client onboarding, annual review packs, and ongoing service requests.

  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records.

  • Liaise directly with clients and providers to ensure a smooth service.

  • Support financial planners with cashflow modelling and investment analysis.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in financial planning administration or paraplanning.

  • Knowledge of cashflow modelling and FE Analytics for investment research.

  • Familiarity with Intelliflo Office (desirable).

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do approach.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong numerical accuracy.
