£12.21 per hour | Full Training | Fixed Shifts | Temp to Perm
We're hiring Food Production Operatives in Cullybackey for a well-established food manufacturing company. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering immediate starts, competitive pay, and full training. No previous experience required.

Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 4 days on / 4 days off
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Thursday
Role Overview:
As a Food Production Operative, you'll support daily operations on a high-volume production line. You will:
- Operate machinery and production equipment
- Carry out quality checks and follow product specifications
- Assemble, pack, and label products ready for dispatch
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Complete additional duties as required by your supervisor
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work to targets
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Previous factory, production, or machine operative experience is beneficial but not essential
- Basic English required (written and verbal) for training and safety purposes
